Clark Nova was established as a company centered on system development. The members—including the CEO—have spent nearly two decades working as independent system engineers, contributing to a wide range of development projects and solving complex challenges across industries and scales.
As demand increased, projects began to require deeper technical rigor, more complex requirements handling, and a serious commitment to next-generation technologies such as AI. In response, we unified our direction and values, gathered a stronger team, and formed a sustainable organization capable of long-term delivery.
Clark Nova is a development organization specializing in “zero-to-one problem solving.” From identifying root causes to selecting technologies, designing architectures, building systems, and continuously improving them—we provide a structure that keeps delivering optimal solutions.
Even in an era of rapid change, we evolve with flexibility and contribute to the growth of society and our clients through AI and system development that will be needed in the future.
クラークノヴァは、システム開発を主軸とした法人として設立されました。 代表をはじめとするメンバーは、これまで約20年にわたり個人のシステムエンジニアとして多様な開発案件に携わり、 業種・規模を問わず数多くの課題解決を実現してきました。
近年、案件の増加とともに、より高度で複雑な要件への対応、そしてAIをはじめとする次世代技術への本格的な取り組みが求められるようになりました。 そこで、これまで個人および小規模チームとして活動してきた私たちは、方向性と価値観をひとつに統合し、 より高い技術力と持続可能な開発体制を構築するため、最強のメンバーを集め法人設立に至りました。
クラークノヴァは、それぞれの専門分野と強みを掛け合わせ、「0からの課題解決」を得意とする開発組織です。 現状の課題抽出から本質的な原因を見極め、技術選定・設計・開発・改善までを一貫して行い、 常に最適解を提供し続ける仕組みづくりを行います。
